      Great Travel opportunities with deployment department, you can see the world! Paid overtime and great coworkers!

      Cons

      Well, you can burn out, 12 hours shifts in field is a norm. Recent hold backs in Engineering hiring are worrisome. It is very hard to grow, very flat org structure does not provide a lot of ways up. Lots of ways to move laterally though.
