      Pros

      Overtime paid. Good assurance plan. Possibility to travel for work around the globe. Lots of challenge.

      Cons

      Week is more around 46-50 hours. The company didn't see themselves as a software company, so the management is not perfectly aligned with the software process used by the employees. Pressure can be quite high some times.

      Various experiences for those who wanted to feel as an electrician, software guy, customer services and a pilot

      Pros

      - Good for those who like to feel/ experience how to be a pilot onboard - Lot of electrical, electronic and software stuff to learn. - 4 days on, 4 days off working shift pattern

      Cons

      - 12 continuous hours for 4 days at work - A low annually increment - Bad management/ working person be on management side (Malaysia centre) - Engineering department also be blame even it's not our fault - Bias to management and not hearing our complaint oftenly (escpecially on Engineering side) - Financial too slow doing their job (Malaysia)

      Pros

      Steady job, good benefits, flexible scedule, open space at the healthcare buildin. this compagny is one of the world leader in term of healthcare simulation.

      Cons

      Slow moving compagny... It is also difficult to communicate and collaborate with our collegues who are working on different projects. We dont really know what can be our future here....
