> Global network presents unique opportunities to get exposed to global business > Big in its' space but a small company approach to work and decisions > By and large good and competent people at work > Ambitious growth plans and strong balance sheet

Cons

> Industry cyclicality always a threat ( past record on lay offs) > Very little exit opportunities > Limited growth opportunities as people don't quit and large layers of management of long timers > Lack of transparency on work environment and on what constitutes good work performance > Too many old timers limit fresh thinking and growth opportunities for newer employees

Rough hours of work (overtime is a definite). Also, management just expects results and puts a lot on the employees shoulders (this is ok as they expect a lot from there workers).
