      Good benefits, flexible schedule, interesting/engaging work, great coworkers

      Cons

      Antiquated systems and processes, they will overwork you on projects that will go nowhere, for a tech company they are not very tech saavy, low pay, upper management doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing most of the time, lay offs happen way too often

      Not what I expected from a Large Organization

      The flexibility of the job, with an expectation to be in the office approximately one day per week.

      Job responsibilities are not closely aligned with the stated position. The workload is extremely high, with no clear or standardized framework for how tasks should be managed. There is a lack of work-life balance. Compensation does not match the volume and intensity of the workload. The selected supervisor lacks the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience to adequately support employees. Reported issues and errors are not addressed or corrected despite being communicated.
