Pros

CAE has good health benefits as well as a good PTO policy. The company culture is positive and supportive and pay is good as well. The people are also very friendly.

Cons

The schedule for my project specifically is not great but over the company implements the same schedule for all employees which is a 9/80 work week.

There is a good network of people who work here in the aviation industry. The aircraft and maintenance is top of the line compared to other flight schools (G1000 and A/C)

Cons

To the company, you are just a number. They can easily replace you if you. Training has many delays, not just weeks but months to get on the instruction line
