      Pros

      I retired with the State of FL 8 years ago and immediately joined the CAI team. What I have experienced during these 8 years is CAI is exactly the type of company I want to work for. Our focus is on providing our clients the best level of services possible and making sure we excel in meeting their needs. To do that we do everything possible to ensure we find the right staff for the customer's needs while providing growth opportunities for the staff to keep the CAI team happy. CAI is one of the few companies I have found that excels in meeting both of these needs.
