Pros
This is a good job to have as a college student. They are very mindful of busy schedules and one thing that they do emphasize is that education comes first. Administrative staff is very friendly and mindful of any concerns. It is a diverse, laid-back and very community friendly environment.
Cons
Client based work, so you are under new leadership constantly and sometimes and no leadership at all. It causes you to be unsure of what you should be doing, you may end up with long days with no assignment; spending a whole day without doing work will cause you to be unsure about the job security.
