      - Job Security - Management - Opportunity to grow in the company - Learning: they want you to continue to learn and grow in the company. They help you move to the next step if they see you are driven - Very little micromanaging

      Cons

      - Communitcation: hard to get direction or even basic protocols when you are first starting out - This is a sink or swim company, they will give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but at some point numbers or progress is essential like any other job.

      They would fire you once they don't need you , They would scare you always with the same thing that they dont have projects.Do don't ruin your career by joining this company .Its very worse.And the director is the worse thing there , he doesn't care about people much ,His name is harsh and he will make false assurance and Would force you to resign or to leave the company without any basis .He will tell you that your manager is not satisfied with your work ,But he never spoke to his manager at all .Guys please dont risk your career on risk this is the worse employer in bangalore.I have worked in bangalore for the last 5 years but this is the worse employer that I found in bangalore.Dont join this place.
