Pros

Can’t think of anything to share

Cons

If you enjoy working at a company that appreciates your efforts, then don’t come here. Since day one, i and others on the team have been threatened about losing our job. It doesn’t matter what you do, you can’t make it thru one day without hearing this is your last warning.

Pros

You don't clock in or out for anything and you wear whatever you want to work.

Cons

I was hired being told they would be accommodating to my ADHD needs. I understand not everything is possible, but asking for reasonable accommodations such as an actual chair that isn't broken down and to be understood that I cannot pump out stuff like a robot considering the physical environment does not seem ridiculous. We are not supported. I don't know who trains these people about neurodivergency but they need their money back. The environment (sounds, glaring lights, absolutely bland computer program,. constant interruptions, no support or encouragement) is everything that makes our doing our job harder. CAI is absolutely not neurodivergent friendly. Not in Delaware, anyway. They don't know anything about what people with ADHD and autism need and are not interested in doing anything to help. Just come to work, pump out crap like a machine, don't make requests (they have been denied over and over again) and go home. This company SUCKS.

Buyer Beware - Constant Churn

Pros

Best reason to work here used to be the people. CAI used to have a great Autism employment program that helped people, but they quietly laid everyone off because it's not cool to be "woke" anymore.

Cons

Trust between the executive leadership team and employees has never been worse. The best people have been released (with a terrible severance package) or left the company and the rest are spending 90% of their day looking for a new job. They've hired a new CFO to "clean house" and they're rolling heads across the board. Top performers are at risk, if you don't play politics constantly you're toast.
