Pros

Solid colleagues depending on which team you work for. Opportunities for upwards mobility if you advocate for yourself.

Cons

There have been multiple reorgs in the past few years, and leadership lacks transparency during this process leading to anxiety surrounding job security. Nepotism and favoritism are rampant at CAI, and HR feeds into that culture rather than instilling proper mechanisms for equitable pay, promotion, and development opportunities across the business.

Wouldn’t recommend

Pros

The flexibility provided by CAI is top notch. As long as you get your work done, no one cares about your hours being exactly 8 hours a day or on a 9-5 schedule. Not sure you can get better flexibility anywhere else.

Cons

Terrible communication. Poor management/leadership. They can’t figure out what type of company they want to be. Loads of nepotism. No areas for growth (unless you’re cherry picked as a favorite from top executives). The list goes on…

I found if you work hard and aren't shy to speak to your wins, you will be recognized and move ahead.

Cons

So many positions are driven by what the client will allow.
