-Overworked for the pay, especially dependent on the contract you support -No real avenues of promotion or specialization -Consistently understaffed for high call volume teams -No PTO -Training new hires is unpaid

Seems to be changes in leadership to change focus from being people centric/caring to more dollar centric and having less care for the employees than there used to be
