Pros

None, they are abusive and give no benefits

Cons

Micromanagement 24/7. No PTO. I mean what company hires employees full time and give no PTO. Day off you don't get paid. Make you work like a horse for low money. No training. Worst "training" pretty much a call center

CAI is full of all kinds of people who are great at appreciating and working with differences. CAI is dynamic and strategic, adapting to whatever their clients and changing industries need. A large portion of full-time employees have worked at CAI for decades. CAI likes to recruit top talent.

Cons

CAI does a lot of contract work, so it can be hard to secure a permanent position. CAI is going through a digital transformation into an enterprise and there are some growing pains.
