      Amazing place to work if you are looking for an entry level position Some of the best colleagues that I have worked with - helpful and resourceful Flexible

      Cons

      Benefits package is pretty expensive No PTO/Sick time unless you are higher up within the company Takes awhile for you to move up the ladder - my role hasn't grown despite me being with the company for several years and working relentlessly

      Common to be laid off when your Account's contract ends. The account I was on had it's five year contract, with a county government, ended three years early.
