      Pros

      CAI means it when they say they value family and work-life balance! It is in their DNA. CAI also provides a lot of opportunities to get involved in ERG's and community support. There is something meaningful to everyone. When aligned with the right leadership, growth and experience is nurtured and supported.

      Cons

      CAI does not currently provide a 401K match, however their retirement savings plan is good overall.

      Pros

      Stable company that does have many long term clients, so doing something right I suppose. Core group of long term employees with good client relationships.

      Cons

      CAI wins deals based on price, hence the reason for the abundance of public sector work. They of course win on price by offering below market pay and poor benefits. Culture is stodgy and old fashioned in the worst sort of way. Nearly impossible to innovate within the organization . Work here only if you absolutely need to.
