Pros

The work life balance was nice. Also appreciate the events that are thrown at the corporate office. HR does a great job at coordinating the appreciation events and mixers. If you want to focus on your career- this is a great company to learn new skills in order to move on to better companies & opportunities.

Cons

A lot of the employees don't care about doing a great job. Extremely hard to find any inspiration here. Pay is well below the market rate. Corporate is being pulled in 1 million directions and they're not really sure what to do.

Very laid back and hard working atmosphere, very evident employees are appreciated for their hard work, flexible scheduling, great place for job/internship for those who have recently graduated, great people

Cons

Workflow can be slow at times, fairly flat management hierarchy, entry level salaries are not very competitive relative to similar positions in the area
