Pros

The company culture is great and the people are very friendly. There is a good solid management strucutre in place which helps project run smoothly

Cons

The computer Aid will not provide benefits and pay below the competitive environment

Pros

Good people. The managed maintenance team I worked for handles problems with Emblem Health PPO software which is largely COBOL, CICS, VSAM. We enhance the system during the day and handle errors in nightly batch runs.

Cons

Too many late night calls. When I was on call, a typical week would handle 12-15 calls. On occasion we worked all night to maintain SLAs. Emblem is moving towards offshoring and away from the software we were supporting.
