REAL, actual teamwork. There is no philosophy of the better you are, the more work you get to overload you. Everyone jumps in to help out. It feels more like a family atmosphere than a stuffy, corporate, cutthroat environment. LOTS of opportunities. Being on the smaller side, CAI is very agile, both to support customers as well as an individuals career aspirations.

None to date, two years in. It is everything that was promised.
