      Pros

      Working at CAI has been a pleasure. Everyone is very supportive and there is a great culture of inclusiveness, diversity of thought, and community. CAI has been very supportive of the new remote work culture which has grown over the last few years. Depending on the client, remote work is available and even encouraged. Benefits are better than most other similar companies in the industry.

      Cons

      Insurance benefits are not amazing, but better than most companies.

      Pros

      Just started at CAI and so far it has been a very positive experience. Day 1 my laptop, applications and access was ready and I was able to get productive quickly. The company culture seems to be people friendly and open, everyone is focused on the client projects and they are well executed.

      Cons

      As a smaller company, they don't seem to have the systems and processes that I experienced at larger consulting companies.

      Pros

      CAI is such a great place to work! They prioritize diversity, trust, integrity, and employee engagement. Leaders want you to be successful and help you develop professionally. I’ve been here less than a year and have already had the opportunity for advancement. The managers offer support/guidance and truly care about your well-being.

      Cons

      No downsides- CAI is a great company all around
