It is a friendly environment. They make you feel welcome, and are there to help. Very flexible.

Cons

The pay scale is a little bit lower than market value. No matching on 401K

Pros

Stable company that does have many long term clients, so doing something right I suppose. Core group of long term employees with good client relationships.

Cons

CAI wins deals based on price, hence the reason for the abundance of public sector work. They of course win on price by offering below market pay and poor benefits. Culture is stodgy and old fashioned in the worst sort of way. Nearly impossible to innovate within the organization . Work here only if you absolutely need to.
