Very talented students. Lot of talent (faculty and students) in College of Engineering.

Cons

Very bureaucratic overall. Lot of dead weight and clueless profs in other departments.

Hours work around schedule, supervisors are friendly as long as you do your work, there are plenty of fellow employees that can pick up a shift if necessary, free meals

Cons

Minimum wage, raises start after 250 hours and are capped at $0.30, slight drama between coworkers

great coworkers and manager, easy to learn, get to meet and see a lot of people, flexible hours, convenient, free coffee drinks and meals, great environment and location.

Cons

a little too much drama, bad assistant manager, annoying customers, long rush lines, need to work at a fast pace, dress code.
