Get to know about great opportunities. Convenient since I don't have to drive far to get to work. Extremely flexible hours.

Cons

Not many. The employers are very nice for the most part. With a few exceptions of course but overall its not bad. You need to learn to get along with everyone.

The atmosphere is nice since you are at a university.

Cons

The pay is too low. They have a large administration. Most people complain about how nothing works right because there are so many workers in the administration and they move really slowly. I never really had any problems with the large administration.
