Pros

Three short pros make all the difference: proximity and convenience, working with your friends and meeting new people on the job, and scheduled raises and the possibility for promotions and extra work during the breaks.

Cons

This is a company where you are expected more to be an image of professionalism than to actually be professional. The company is bureaucratically built so it is inefficient most of the time but after working for a while it is easy to find the people who are best at individual tasks or who have the ability to perform certain tasks.
