Students are incredibly resilient and inspiring, and wonderful to work with. Benefits are okay but HR is disorganized and a poor resource. They are unable to answer simple questions and extremely slow in hiring process.

Cons

Not a place to work for if you're looking for opportunities to grow. Lots of complacency. Departments and offices very disconnected from each other. Extremely crowded. Students are studying and eating lunch in stairways. University is severely underfunded. Employees are expected to do more without additional compensation. Classrooms and restrooms are unacceptably unkept. High turnover.
