The heath benefits is pretty good. They also offer dental if you are a permanent employee. Tuition is also subsidized.

Cons

You have to pay for parking. Also, depending on what time you start parking may be bad even if you have a staff permit.

The desire to educate students on the latest industry knowledge coupled with theoretical concepts. International students are eager to learn cutting edge knowledge. They are hungry for a better grasp and work hard to understand, while in some cases overcoming language barriers.

Cons

Tenured faculty assume elite position posturing and in too many cases have substandard skills. The pedagogy is outdated in too many courses and the professors refuse to engage new practices. Some of the students have been passed along without gaining the competencies necessary to succeed. These students can be disruptive to a learning environment forcing "learning".
