      Pros

      None. I cannot stress this enough. Work for calibre only if you are currently homeless and need something to hold you over until you can get work in fast food.

      Cons

      Zero loyalty to employees and subcontractors Money is number one for this company Money is number two for this company Salary and other compensation is all the corporate employees care about calibre does not care about providing services to the customer, only about putting a body in the seat

      - Payed to send contract employees to training and conference

      Cons

      - Created a stripped-down benefits package (Schedule II) specifically for the few employees working under DoD contract in order to bid low - Hires new employees to work under DoD contract despite there being little actual work present on-site - Keeps employees working under DoD contract in the dark with regards to management decisions being made at corporate HQ in Virginia - Strung furloughed DoD contract employees along for 2 months with no intention of placing them in other positions elsewhere in the company; failed to initiate any contact whatsoever during furlough period
