Worked here as a contractor for more than a year before going FT. The reason for going FT is because I was promised full compensation in the event the contract ended or during transition time to a new contract. Outright lies. They gave me medical benefits only for a month and I was placed on furlough status for 30 days until separation. On top of that they only gave me one week notice, and no severance during COVID-19. When it comes to their bottom line employees are considered an after thought and not family. The relationship maintained professional throughout out the process and nothing was personal to their credit. I felt like a number and nothing more. I could have left the project prior and left them in dire need, but I made a commitment and stuck with them. Loyalty was not rewarded with job security. They could have at the very least given me a two week notice or two weeks of severance. This lends to the question, how did they not realize the jeopardy the contract status was in? Or did they just not care. I was able to secure employment elsewhere and had multiple offers, but they really screwed my situation up that required a month of no income besides unemployment.

Horrible executive team, not supportive of women or minorities who aspire to become leadership.
