The stock plan is better than most places offer. They encourage professional development. The culture is easy to adapt to.

Cons

My program manager was hot headed and difficult to work with. The big brass is seldom seen at the client site.

Pros

CALIBRE is a truly employee owned company that allows it's employees to be an integral part of the company and to find opportunities or generate their own. The company is quick to recognize great work by the employee owners be they spot bonuses or written recognition.

Cons

No known cons to share about CALIBRE. Of course as an employee supporting contracts the employee is subject to the contract market but this is not a con for CALIBRE or any company in this line of buisness.

Employee Stock Ownership Program. Job security. There's really a sense of community in the Calibre work force. Great place to work.

Cons

Not many company cons. Pay could be more competitive with the chance for performance bonuses but the contracts are budgeted.
