      Really promote "employee ownership" but everything is dictated by the CEO; benefits are not competitive and are slowly diminishing as each year goes by.

      I have been here for several years and its an amazing place to work. Good leadership, good work-life balance. Benefits are more than fair. Amazing co-workers and has a cooperative atmosphere where everyone comes together.
