CALIBRE has been a great place to work. They are very flexible with working environments and schedules, no micromanaging, and has a CEO that will say hello to everyone. They are proactive about improving company culture and are transparent on the company health. Most contract supporting positions are on par with market compensation rates. They are also as proactive as possible with retaining the staff on contracts but like any contractor, they are at the mercy of the labor category requirements of new contracts. Some employees have been with the company 20+ years supporting various contracts. Their recruiting team was a pleasure to work with and seem to have a very smooth onboarding process.
