      Great potential if they can get their act together

      Pros

      - Flex Time and remote work (on corporate staff at least). - Much of the staff are great people. - Open door policy with upper management.

      Cons

      - Turn over in management. - Semi regular reorganizations ( I saw 2 major and 1 to 2 minor reorgs in the about 2 years I was with the company). - Pay could be more competitive due to ESOP (for junior employees at least).

      Unwelcoming office environment, changes in management are often, corporate nepotism is RAMPANT! Old-fashioned corporate culture. Pay is low compared to competitors.

      Employee ownership, fellow employees are supportive, many training opportunities

      Cons

      No minorities in leadership positions. Highest level is a project manager. High degree of nepotism. Senior leaders have adulterous relationships with employees and then promote them.
