The mid-level employees are great people to work with. Employee ownership is emphasized and is a good deal if you are there long enough to be vested. They work hard to find coverage for employees when contracts end.

Cons

A lot of people say it has a great culture but I didn't see it. It's not a very ethical company. Nepotism is rampant - the CEO, VPs and directors bring their kids into the company. Senior leaders have affairs. The culture is shady and it seems to be getting worse.

Cons

You have to be lucky enough to find the good people to work for/with You have to put in your time before working @ corporate office (like indentured servitude) All the good aspects of the company can be completely negated if you are put on a contract with a poor client Very limited opportunities for high level advancement if you are not a retired military officer

Pros

Unlimited time off is nice, but it depends on the contract you work on for operations staff. Flexibility to work from home but that also is contract dependent for operations staff.

Cons

Calibre leans on its benefits package to counterbalance the sub-market salary they compensate their operations staff. The benefits are dwindling as leadership continues to squeeze operations staff while corporate staff seemingly goes unscathed. Turnover is a big issue. Calibre claims they pay market rate however this rate has not adjusted since Covid and the resulting inflation this country has experienced especially the DC metro region.
