      401k Health/Dental/Eye insurance coverage is pretty good Unlimited sick days

      Cons

      No flexibility of in office days - 3x/week Meetings being schedule outside office hours, in person on wfh days and on summer Fridays for the entire day New leadership adding excessive amount of backend adhoc requests on current reporting and processes
