Pros

Good benefits and good employee discounts

Cons

Pay is below average. They never did cost of living increase. Bonus program sucks. They make you blow payroll for corp visits but when you actually need the payroll for support on your sales floor they say no. They used to be big on employee morale but not anymore. Constant turnover from the field to the office. You could even see it in the clothes they buy, out of style.

Pros

Great discount, store environment was great(dependent on location), looks good on resume.

Cons

Corporate office has toxic work culture that trickles down all the way to stores, no support for store teams, us vs them mentality, bad sign when everyone is jumping ship, low pay for store roles.
