      New leaderships are absolutely the worst. No wonder the new person got fired in another company in 2 years. Abusing work hours, toxic corporate culture. No future for managers but only hiring VP level jobs. Only rewards upper management and to the yes people that do not actually do the things. Notorious for low salary so can’t hire anyone. Extreme low morale everywhere after coming back from Covid but no one cares
