Great Foreman, free NCCER education and testing, lots of unique learning situations.

Cons

Promotion path is based on when they think you are ready and not based on any sort of test or known value.

It's a job , you work and can go home

Cons

Unorganized, they have people leading and do not know how to lead , communicate or actually do any physical work. They will work you like a dog and go home and still expect so much more out of you . Over worked and underpaid . Mainly due to the client wanting to stick to what they have been paying in 2015 . Site manager does not know how to lead properly
