Alright pay. I was lucky to not be in hospital setting so no weekends or holidays

Cons

Wouldn’t make me full time. Micro managing with inconsistent directions. Horrible PTO due to not being full time.

Leadership outdated. No support unless you are a doctor, then you can do anything without consequences. Focused on profits, not patients. Short staffed most of the time.
