      Telecom is a very different industry and there is a lot to learn.

      Cons

      The clients are always right even when they are not. Pay is lower than other firms. Office politics.

      Wonderful office to work for. Plenty of opportunities to grow. Open office encourages professional interactions. Fun and enjoyable environment.

      Cons

      Hours can be long, and the pace a bit quick for some, but in my opinion well worth it.
