I liked the coworkers, but the owner was very difficult to work with

Pros

Working from home Great and friendly coworkers

Cons

The owner is very difficult to please and was unprofessional. She would talk about employees behind their backs. She let go of numerous people while I was there with no reasons given. Please research the owner and the company on the internet before joining. There is no job security or growth. This is a small company.
