Pros

I have been working at this company for over a year and I can say that it is one of the best places to work in the industry. The company has a great culture of innovation, collaboration, and diversity. they have great retention and all our my college are working for long time with this company. The management is supportive and transparent, and the employees are talented and friendly. The projects are challenging and rewarding, and the clients are happy with CAN Softtech implementation process. The company also offers competitive compensation, benefits, and perks, such as flexible hours, remote work, training opportunities, and performance bonus. I am proud to be part of this company and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a fulfilling and exciting career in IT.

A Great Place to Work with a Lot of Opportunities

Pros

I worked at this company for over two and half and I can honestly say that it is a great place to work. The culture is very collaborative, supportive and fun. The management is transparent, approachable and caring. The work is challenging, rewarding and meaningful. The benefits are generous, from the health insurance to the 401k to the unlimited PTO, flexible and competitive. I have learned a lot, grown professionally and personally, and made some amazing friends along the way. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a fulfilling career in a dynamic industry. It's a job with a salary

Cons

-Micromanaging CEO -No respect for employees - Unrealistic and unreasonable work expectations - No company culture or sense of teamwork. If you want to work like a hostage in your own silo, essentially chained to your desk for 8 hours, this is the place for you - No flexibility or understanding employees have responsibilities outside of the job - No possibility for advancement - I agree completely with this review from 2 years ago that was also cited by another reviewer: "leader takes credit for others' work, does not appreciate employees, micromanages, unable to trust, plays favorites, does not provide realistic direction, puts you down in front of everybody, heavy workload, and manipulator."
