Nice buildings/facilities, good benefits (outside compensation).

Cons

Compensation is low and is based on years of service, not performance. FA's are unchecked (racism, elitism, bullying behavior). It is a toxic environment overall who will try to convince that their stock program will make up for their low compensation. Many are managers because they've been there so long, not because they make good managers.

Great benefits, nice perks, room for growth.

Cons

Horrible company culture. Constant racism in the companies practices and blatant sexism by a lot of the advisors here. If they make any money for the company just know that they will not be held accountable for their actions. High turnover for people of color. Pay is not commensurate with performance only tenure. Clear elitism without consequence.
