The people here are so friendly and helpful! You don't have to worry that you'll get the ax if you make a mistake. The folks in the HR team and so warm/friendly/inviting/funny. I could not imagine working for a better company. They really care about their employees. If you see the President, Mr. Raines in the hall, he will also smile and say "good morning".

There are no cons I can think of.

Pros

Casual environment, teamwork among the people who actually do the work, everyone wants to win, and the product truly does make a positive impact in the world.

Cons

Some members of senior management team wouldn't qualify for similar jobs elsewhere. Some strategies are questionable at best. Nepotism and conflict of interest abound. Almost no.advancement opportunities available.
