Leaders care about our customers and our employees and they mean it. Not afraid to make hard decisions but they are backed by data. Employees are determined to make Carvana the best company it can be.

Cons

Burnout can be an issue because of the fast pace. Need to be honest with yourself and your manager if that happens. Sometimes, they do something about it, sometimes, they don't and people leave.
