Once you join the team you realize how this company really treats their employees

Monday - friday most times, decent pay, great Health and Medical benefits package, Paid time off, employee car purchase discount
Cons
Random mandatory overtime, some days 6am - 6pm, no flexibility with schedule at all! Tardiness and attendance program is insane. No grace period at all, if you are 1 minute late you get half a point, if you are more than 2 hours late a full point. You only get 6 points and your fired. Poor management and random line leads come to your department that have no clue on what's going on. There are too false promises and it is hard to get out of or advance from the positon you are hired in. No sick or personal days just paid time off but once you use them up, that's it. "15 minutes a car policy" and carvana runs about 60 cars a day or more that are indpected. Very fast paced and repetitive.
