Pros

CASA is a dedicated services and advocacy organization that arrives to meet all the varied needs of the communities of serves. Through daily on-the-ground outreach, CASA makes sure that the community members' voices are heard. Bonus: staff positions are unionized.

Cons

As a non-profit, resources are often limited, and employees who care a lot about their work often work more than 40 hours per week.
