Pros

To be honest there isn't much other than plenty of over time

Cons

Staff hold no boundaries, clients are able to get away with a lot of harm towards staff with no repercussions. Rules change weekly. Many staff members hold negative beliefs and biases against addicts.

Pros

PTO is given up front, benefits are okay and some of the coworkers were decent.

Cons

People who are favored are promoted over those more experienced and qualified. One supervisor provided me little to no direction but absurd expectations, including changing the results of my evaluations so people would be forced into groups because “it’s how we make money”. Pay was okay but below what is deserved for the work. A lot of toxicity throughout coworkers starting at the CEO level. Empty promises were made to me and not followed through.
