None at all just an insurance scam!

Cons

This place says it's non profit lol they milk DSS for everything like 7 groups a day with no training for employees. If they they don't go to group they yell at you because they can't bill the insurance $250. Drug use is rampant from employees and individuals seeking help.

I do not get the raises that full time employees get and I do not get paid as well as the agency nurses.

There are so many opportunities for growth at this Agency, I myself have moved up within the Agency. I work with an incredible team. CASA-Trinity Offers Incredible PTO Benefits They also match a certain percent of what you contribute into your 401K They offer internal credentialing for certain positions Overall I feel like this is a great place to work!
