Organizational communication is seriously lacking. Senior leadership has immediate objectives (which usually include decreasing operating costs), but methods and directives are not clearly communicated across various levels of the organization. The group acquired 30 some smaller organizations circa 2022 and was slow to figure out integration. Then the cuts began. Doers at the contracting level are typically stretched thin and are not given a clear direction or vision for what the holding organization has planned. If it saves the holdco dollars, expect it to come swiftly in the night. If it's geared toward building staff, culture, and trust - hang tight for a few years. We appreciate all you're doing.
