The recruiting and leadership team at CATCH Intelligence leverages the Top Grading recruiting and selection and retention process. This is a proven process used by many successful companies. It does take time and effort to find the right fit for CATCH Intelligence and for the employee. It is not perfect. Sales is especially hard and we out perform the average company but we do have turn over in sales like most companies do. Recently our sales turnover has been higher than normal. We transitioned a number of sales people out. Our company turnover is well below the average in the industry and our employee engagement, employee satisfaction levels, and customer satisfaction levels are world class. Our compensation and benefits align with what is competitive in the market. Employees start with CATCH Intelligence paying 50% of the Healthcare costs and the percentage increases over time based on years of service.
Cons
There has been change on the sales team and on the leadership team. The feedback from employees is that these changes have made a positive impact on our company culture and have improved collaboration and teamwork.
