Pros
- A lot of opportunities to work directly with clients. - a lot of control within the company, friendly staff.
Cons
- Company is extremely inexperienced in its data science practices and consistently hides that issue when dealing with inexperienced clients. - Company has employees in senior positions reluctant to learn new methods and methodologies (Cloud, Python, DevOps). -Company does not acknowledge diverse or inclusive environments (No mention of any holidays except Christmas and Lent regardless of any different religions within the company, not acknowledging Black history month, no LGBT stances, political jokes are common in emails. -Company has established silo-like groups which can be toxic.
