The industry they compete in is thriving.

Cons

No opportunity to adapt to changes in the industry and communication is one directional. Ideas are only accepted if they align with the top. Monarchy is how I would describe leadership.

Committed and competent people. Personal development. Community outreach and charitable giving. They believe that every employee has the right to work with quality co-workers so there is a lot of work put into hiring the right people. Has established processes that greatly improve the success rate of consulting projects.

Cons

Hiring process is extremely rigorous. Plan on several personality, IQ, and competency tests. Don’t plan on slacking off. Management is on the ball and will make sure you are contributing.
